LO206 Clip Position
What's the best position to run the slide clip for the LO?

Great question! A lot of new racers don't know how to adjust the needle on the throttle slide, so playing with it is always something good to try. For racing at a higher altitude (like we do here in CO), a common position a lot of racers play with is position 2. That is, 2nd slot from the top. However, at a lower altitude, you may want to vary this.
In general, a higher clip position (towards the top of the needle) will make the engine run leaner, and provide less fuel at low RPMs. My guess would be that position 3 or 4 may make more sense for the Arizona altitude. Always test different positions.
Worth noting: Depending on the track you run at, a more impactful adjustment may be adjusting your float height. At faster tracks, most racers will tune off of the float more than the needle, as with a 206 you're on the gas most of the way around the track at fast tracks, which means you are in the territory of the RPM band that adjusting the float is more impactful than the needle.
